A PLACE TO SLOW DOWN AND LEARN FROM THE WISDOM OF PLANTS

Step into a space where plant wisdom comes to life.

The Herbal Wisdom Circle is a monthly online gathering designed to gently guide you into the world of herbs through experience, connection and learning. Each month, we focus on one herb—exploring its medicinal benefits, traditional uses and the many ways it can support your everyday well-being.

Together, we sip tea, engage the senses and deepen our understanding of the plant through guided teaching, shared recipes and occasional live demonstrations you can bring into your own home.

Whether you are just beginning your herbal journey or looking to deepen your connection with plant medicine, this circle offers a welcoming and supportive space to learn and grow.

All sessions are recorded, so you can revisit the teachings at your own pace.

Come as you are and discover the quiet power of working with plants—one herb at a time.
