Gentle Yoga offers a perfect blend of mindful movement and relaxation, allowing you to experience yoga at a softer, more accessible pace.
In each class, you’ll transition smoothly from one posture to the next, flowing gently in coordination with your breath. This slower, lighter-paced practice creates the space for you to truly connect with your body, becoming more present with each posture. As you explore your practice, you’ll find the balance between strength and flexibility, stability and ease, while gaining a deeper understanding of alignment and balance within your body.
To further enhance your experience, every class concludes with an extended relaxation session and a guided meditation, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to slow down and reconnect, this class is open to all—no prior experience or flexibility required.
